But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits (Daniel 11:32b).
Naturally when you have knowledge of something or you have developed expertise of it by experience, you develop confidence. You are never afraid when there is need to use that knowledge. Knowledge or experience brings confidence.
When we know God as the All -Powerful and we have intimate relationship with Him through His Word, we will have confidence in His ability and in His love for us. This knowledge is not a head knowledge, it is a convincing knowledge, one that is seated in our hearts without any doubt. That is faith!
The strong spirit of a man sustains him in bodily pain or trouble (Proverbs 18:14). Our knowledge of who God is to us and what He can do for us gives us inner strength and boldness to face any situation. Knowing that because we are of Him, we cannot fail, He won’t let us fail.
Irrespective of the situation, when we keep standing on God’s Word, trusting in His ability, resting in His love and we keep declaring God’s Word, it won’t be long before we see our victory materialize [Mark 11:24 ].
Our faith fight is not a one off thing but our knowledge of and confidence in the mighty power of God will always put us over if we do not give up!
